Rolled-over benefits are immediately voided upon cancellation of your membership.
If your membership is delinquent for more than 14 days, your membership may be canceled, and rolled-over benefits will be voided
Discounts only apply to treatments and add-ons. Series and gift cards are excluded.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
Membership fees are nonrefundable.
Monthly membership treatments are nontransferable and cannot be shared.
Members may use their member pricing for guests they accompany.
The Birthday treatment does not roll over and must be redeemed within a week of your birthday, with a valid photo ID

The 90-minute Whole Body Massage and Targeted Body Massage treatments are excluded.
