Every Membership Gift, regardless of tier, is redeemable at both BAO Foot Spa locations. Our flagship lounge sits on South Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills, and our coastal sanctuary is on Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica. The recipient moves freely between the two throughout their three months, choosing whichever location fits the rhythm of the day.
Your gift is delivered by email. After your purchase, our team processes Membership Gift orders in the order they are received, and the recipient receives a confirmation email with their tier details and redemption instructions once their order is processed. We make every effort to send confirmations promptly, though processing may take a short while during busy periods. The three-month clock begins when the recipient activates the gift, not when it is purchased, so they have flexibility in choosing when to start.
