How does rollover actually work?+
Any treatment you do not use in a month stays on your account and carries forward. There is no cap and no expiry while your membership is active. Complimentary add-ons are the one exception: they are per month and do not roll over.
Can I use my membership at both locations?+
Yes. Every tier is honored in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica interchangeably, and your treatment balance follows you between them.
What happens if I want a longer or more expensive treatment?+
Your monthly treatment applies toward it and you pay the difference at the member rate. Any additional visits beyond your tier are billed at member pricing rather than the walk-in rate.
When am I billed, and can I pause?+
Your card is charged on the same date each month until you cancel. We do not offer formal pauses, but because treatments roll over, a month you cannot come in is not a month wasted.
How do I cancel?+
Write to memberships@baofootspa.com or tell the front desk at either lounge. There is no term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and treatments already banked remain available through that period.
Can I share my membership or give it to someone?+
Memberships are personal and non-transferable, redeemed with a valid photo ID. If you want to give one, we sell three-month prepaid membership gifts, which is the better route.
Does a membership cover add-ons?+
Premium, Luxe, and Unlimited include complimentary add-ons each month. On any tier, additional add-ons are available at member pricing.
What is the cancellation policy for appointments?+
The standard appointment policy applies: changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice forfeits that visit, and Unlimited members are charged $50 per affected appointment.
