Appointment Policy
Please arrive and check in with the host at least five (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. Failure to do so may result in a shorter session or cancellation of your appointment however you will be charged for the full price of the scheduled service.
Gift Cards & Gift Certificates must be presented at the beginning of the session.
For your benefit we ask our costumers not to bring children younger than the age of 12 in the spa and to turn off their cell phones while getting a treatment or waiting in the reception area.
Refund Policy
At BAO Foot Spa, we strive to provide every guest with a high-quality, relaxing experience. While we always welcome feedback and will do our best to address concerns, we have a clear refund policy to protect both our clients and our staff.
Before and During the Treatment
If you are not satisfied with your therapist or service, please inform our front desk or the therapist as early as possible during your session. We are happy to accommodate therapist changes if another team member is available. If no replacement is available and you choose to end the treatment early, you will only be charged for the portion of the service that was provided up to that point.
No Refunds After Completed Services
Once a service has been fully rendered and payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds. We encourage all guests to communicate any discomfort or dissatisfaction during their treatment so we can make adjustments in real time.
Post-Treatment Concerns
While we cannot offer refunds after a treatment is completed, we take all feedback seriously and will consider appropriate accommodations when warranted, such as a discount for a future visit or alternative resolution.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or modify your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in your getting charged for the full price of your scheduled appointment.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment more than 2 times, you will not be able to book appointments over the phone anymore, you may however book appointments online or walk in at any time.
Online Appointments
Therapist Requests
When booking an appointment online, our system automatically assigns your treatment to one of our available therapists. While we always strive to ensure the best experience, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist through online booking alone.
If you have a preferred therapist, please call the spa after booking your appointment online to request them by name. Requests are honored on a first-come, first-served basis, and we recommend calling as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of accommodating your preference.
Promo Code Policy
From time to time, we send exclusive promo codes via text or email. Please note that these promo codes must be applied during the online booking process. Our front desk and spa staff are not able to retroactively apply promo codes at the spa, even if you present the message or email in person.

Group Appointment Policy
A credit card is required to book group appointments exceeding three (3) guests. You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in you getting charged for the full price of the services booked. If you show up late for the appointment or missing a guest, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services for the exact number of guests you book. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled services.
