Membership Terms & Conditions


Booking & CANCELLATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Appointments are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. You are responsible for booking your appointments either in person, over the phone, or online. We also accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is recommended that you book your appointments at least 2 days in advance. You are expected to cancel scheduled appointments at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price for your scheduled service.

CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

All Membership Fees are non-refundable, and the memberships are non-transferable. You may cancel your membership 3 months after the date you sign up and with a 30-day written advance notice to BAO Foot Spa. All requests for cancellation of membership MUST be submitted in writing. You are responsible for all membership fees incurred until you cancel your membership following the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or deny re-enrollment for an indeterminate amount of time if a customer has an unsatisfactory payment history.

Unlimited Monthly membership cannot be canceled in the first 3 Months of signing up for the membership. If canceled within the first 3 months, your card will be charged for the remaining months. Unlimited yearly membership cannot be canceled within the first year. All membership fees are non-refundable.

IF THE MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT BECOMES DELINQUENT AND IS NOT PROPERLY CANCELLED, THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE REFERRED TO COLLECTIONS, AND THE BUYER AGREES TO PAY ALL REASONABLE COLLECTIONS, AGENCY FEES, AND LEGAL COSTS INCURRED.

First-Month Free Memberships Promotions

If You signed up for your membership during our First-Month Free Promotion, you will NOT be charged for your first month. The billing starts 30 days after you sign up for the membership.

Memberships purchased during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend cannot be canceled for the first 6 months.

Benefits

The 10%, 15%, and 20% off promotions apply to treatments only and do not apply to Series, Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, and/or add-ons. You may use this promotion for yourself and up to 3 guests.

Guests must accompanied by Members.

A single session cannot be divided up or shared.

The birthday session must be redeemed 1 week before or after your birthday with a valid ID. Each Member receives 1 Free birthday session. If a member claims more than 1 free session, their credit card will be charged for the extra session.

OTHER PROVISIONS

Refunds: Membership charges are non-refundable. Whether you choose to cancel your Membership on the day, the day before, or the day after the day of the month you are charged for it, you will not be refunded for any of the Membership charges. Furthermore, any accumulated benefits will be lost 30 days after the date we receive your membership cancellation request.

Late Charges: If all or part of any scheduled payment is more than 10 days late, we will charge you a late fee of $25.00.

Other Rights: We may delay enforcing any of our rights without losing them. We can enforce this Agreement against your heirs and legal representative.

Assignment: We may assign or transfer any of our rights under this Agreement without notice to you, except as required by law. You cannot assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone else without our prior written consent.

NO ROLLOVERs

Monthly sessions do not roll over and must be used within the scheduled time allotted.


NOTICE TO CUSTOMER

You are entitled to a copy of this contract at the time you sign it which you can find digitally on our website or request a copy of it be emailed to your email address.

You may cancel this contract at any time after midnight of the 30th operating day after signing the contract. If you choose to cancel your membership contract, you must either:

1. Send an email requesting the cancellation of your membership to feedback@baofootspa.com or

2. Personally deliver a signed and dated written notice of cancellation to the location in which you signed for your

membership.
