Front Desk Receptionist
Beverly Hills and Santa Monica locations
As the first and last person our clients see, you set the tone for their entire visit. This role is right for someone who is naturally welcoming, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys being the calm center of a busy spa.
- Welcome clients and manage check in and check out
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments through our booking system
- Present our memberships, packages, gift cards, and retail products to interested clients
- Uphold the spa’s policies and atmosphere so every guest enjoys a quiet, restorative visit
- Support the therapist team and keep the front of house running smoothly
- Two years of customer service experience (required)
- Punctuality and dependability
- Basic computer skills; experience with booking or point of sale software is a plus
- An associate degree is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation is recommended
