Fifteen years on Beverly Drive
This is where BAO started, and it is still the room we are judged by. Treatments happen in our shared reflexology lounge: one softly lit space, reclining chairs set far enough apart that a conversation two chairs over stays there, and therapists who have worked these floors for years.
Nothing to change into, nothing to take off but your shoes.

Foot Reflexology
The treatment we are known for. Pressure point work on the feet, beginning with a warm foot bath, that restores circulation and releases tension you had stopped noticing.
Whole Body Massage
Reflexology and full body work in one session. Your therapist starts at the feet and carries that release up through the legs, back, shoulders, neck, and scalp.
Targeted Body Massage
Bodywork focused on the muscle groups you name, for the shoulders that carried your week or the legs that carried your run.

Park at the structure at 216 S. Beverly Drive, a short walk from our door. The first two hours are free before 5 PM.

Before you come in
Do I need an appointment?+
Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have a chair, and on weekday afternoons we usually do. Evenings and weekends fill up, so booking ahead is the surer route. For same day, calling the spa is faster than booking online.
What should I wear?+
Comfortable clothing you can relax in. Reflexology is performed fully clothed with your trousers rolled to the knee, so there is nothing to change into and nothing to take off but your shoes.
Where does the treatment take place?+
In our shared reflexology lounge: one softly lit room with reclining chairs spaced for quiet, the way Chinese foot spas have always been arranged. If you have a preference about seating or want to ask about other arrangements, call us before you book.
Can I come with a friend?+
Yes, and most people do. Chairs sit side by side, so you can talk or say nothing at all. For groups of four or more, our private events page covers everything up to a full buyout of the lounge.
Can I buy a gift card here?+
Yes. Gift cards can be purchased at this location during opening hours, or online at any hour and delivered by email. They never expire and are redeemable at both lounges.
How early should I arrive?+
Five minutes is plenty. It gives you time to check in, settle into your chair, and have a cup of tea before your therapist begins. Arriving late may mean a shorter session, since the next guest is already booked.

Membership
Monthly treatments that roll over, member pricing on everything else, and a complimentary treatment on your birthday. Valid here and in Santa Monica.
Packages
Buy six sessions and the seventh is on us; buy nine and receive two more. Sessions never expire and can be redeemed at either lounge.
Private events
Birthdays, bridal parties, and corporate wellness, arranged around your group. The Beverly Hills lounge can be bought out for the afternoon.

Our Santa Monica lounge sits on Wilshire, a short walk from the beach, with free parking behind the building. Same treatments, same prices, same therapists’ training.
